When I showed Tajweed Quran to Islamic Foundation School in Scarborough, Toronto, they immediately ordered 300 copies of Amma Part for all their students. Al-Hamdulillah.
Once I went to the city of Cambridge, which is about an hours car drive from Toronto. There is a small Islamic School in Cambridge & I showed the Tajweed Quran to the Administrator and Supervisor, brother Akhtar Malik. He called Sister Ehsaan, the Tajweed teacher in the school. He showed the Tajweed Quran to her and asked her opinion. When she saw it, she immediately exclaimed: ( SubhaanAllah....This will make my job easy.! The students will learn the Tajweed faster without getting bored or finding it difficult to learn.) She recommended brother Akhtar Malik to introduce Tajweed Quran in the school. Brother Akhtar Malik took one hundred copies of Amma Part and every student got one. For himself he purchased the leather bag of 30 parts complete and other teachers & parents also bought Tajweed Quran in various sizes. Then sample copies of the various sizes of Tajweed Quran were kept in the Masjid attached to the school so that other brothers and sisters could see it and order it. Al-Hamdulillah the response from the members of the community was heart warming.
I hope this letter will be an interesting reading for others and will encourage them to promote the Tajweed Quran in their schools, families, friends and Masajid.
